CSV Vendor Integration through Dashboard

 

 

Enter you Technifai account credentials

Click on the Login button

 

 

Here is your Technifai dashboard.

Click on Import products from Sidebar or from the button on Homepage

You will be redirected to the next page.

 

Click on Need Product Sample? Click Here button

Click on Need Category Sheet? Click Here button

Click on Need Options Sheet? Click Here button

Download all three excel files and save on your desktop

Open the Product Sample excel file

Here are the fields that you have to enter in the Products tab.

 

Product SKU’s (required field) Product SKU will be unique for different products.

Name: Name of your product will be unique (Should be in letters or string format).

Category ID: Please find Category ID from “Category Sheet” and put that ID in Products Sample sheet.

 

Main Image: (Required field) Enter the image name with image format (like .jpg or .png) in an products sample excel sheet.

Quantity: (Required field) quantity of the product will be updated in the given field.

Products_Status:  Status is the availability of the products which will be 1 which mean Yes, and 0 mean no products.

Weight: (Optional field) The weight of your product will be given in this field.

Length: (Optional field) The length of your product will be given in this field.

Height: (Optional field) The length of your product will be given in this field.

Description: (Required field) The description of the product is important as it describes your product and let people know what you’re selling. The product description should be given in Bullet Points.

Price: (Optional field) The Price of your product will be given in this field

Click on Products_Variants below the excel

 

Enter the details provided in this field

 

Product SKU’s: (required field) If there are more than one options for your products like sizes large, medium or small then the product SKU will be the same as listed on the previous sheet.

Variants SKU: (required field) This field will be unique.

Variants quantity: (required field) This field will show the quantity of your product.

Variant Price: (Required field) This field represents the price of the listed variant.

Variants Main Image: (Required field) This is the field where your product image name will be inserted.

Variants Additional Image (1, 2, 3): (Optional field) This field holds additional Images of the variants if necessary, else leave it blank if no extra images.

 

 

 

Variants Product Special ID:(Required field) This field holds the ID of the variants special product if they have any discounted product or with any special offers. This field is a must if you have entered a discount on products and it should be unique.

Variants Product Special Price:(Required field) Shows discounted price of products. This field is a must if you have entered a discount on products.

Variants Product Special Date Start:(Required field) Shows date when the offer is started. This field is a must if you have entered a discount on products.

Variants Product Special End Start:(Required field) Shows date when the offer ends. This field is a must if you have entered a discount on products.

 

Click on Product_Options tab below the excel

Enter the field provided in this field

Please use the Options Sheet to fill above fields

 

 

Click on Custom_Attributes tab below the Products Sample excel Sheet

 

Product SKU: (Optional field) Product SKU will be the same as listed on the previous sheet (Sheet 1).

Variants SKU: (Optional field) Variants SKU will be the same as listed on the previous sheet (Sheet 2).

Attributes Name: (Required field) Represents product attribute name for example how many sizes Large, Medium, Small are available in different colors.

Attributes Value: (Required field) Represents product attribute value.

 

Save the Products Sample excel file.

 

Click on Upload button

You will be redirected to the next page

 

Click on Add Files button

Select the products pictures that you need to upload with the same name which you added in the Product Sample file.

 

 

Click on the Start button  next to the pictures that you have uploaded from your desktop

 When an order is placed, it will appear on the orders tab. 

 

 

Click on Orders Button

Click on Edit button

You will see the next page where you will see the order details

 

Enter the order id and select the status of the order.

Click on Order Update button

 

Your order has been updated successfully.
